In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

MORGAN BAKER, age 40 of Cedar Bluff was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest;

TAMMY ROGERS, 37 from Leesburg was placed under arrest by members of the Leesburg Police Department – charged with Failure to Appear;

APRIL HOOPER, 39 of Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on two Probation Revocations and Failure to Appear on a previous charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and also Failure to Appear on a charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

SUMMER GLOVER, age 36 of Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

ALEXANDER BROWN, age 28 of Centre, arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department – charged with Failure to Appear;

TIMOTHY PEACOCK age 49 from Crossville was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Failure to Appear;

RICHARD BAILEY, age 43 of Summerville, Georgia, no arresting agency or charges listed on the arrest report.

All arrests are based on probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Currently, there are a total of 94 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
