Mr. Nicky Garland Brewer, age 43, of Centre, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at a local hospital.

Mr. Brewer was born in Rome, Georgia on September 6, 1980, son of Jack Brewer and Wanda Faye Owens Brewer.  He worked as a boat mechanic.  Nicky loved bowling, fishing, and boating, especially when it involved spending time with his son.

Survivors include his parents, Jack & Wanda Brewer; a son, Jackson Brewer and his mother, Jennifer Bedwell; two chosen sons, Colton Nelson and Fisher Bedwell; a brother, Keith Brewer; a nephew, Hayden Brewer; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023, at 11am in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, with the Rev. Josh Tucker officiating.  Interment will follow in Cave Spring Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 10am until the service time.

Pallbearers are asked to assemble at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, on Friday at 10:30am and include Eric Henry, Bryan Deaton, Jason Stewart, Jeff Baker, Jeff Royston, Roger Itson, and Shannon Dawson.

Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, has charge of the arrangements.

The service was Friday December 29th 2024
