According to the Marshall County coroner – a 22-year-old man was shot, and killed, at a north Alabama nightclub on Christmas Eve.

Coroner Cody Nugent’s office responded to Clase Azul Night Club & Bar at 12261 Highway 431 in Guntersville around 3:30am Sunday on reports of a man shot.  The victim, 22-year-old Hillard Randall Kimbrough of Guntersville – died at the scene.  The investigation into Kimbrough’s death was on-going as of Sunday and is being probed by Guntersville Police – that, according to the coroner.

Nugent said additional details may be released by Guntersville Police but the department has not provided updates on the fatal shooting.
