A Monday-night shooting in Albertville left one man dead.
Albertville Police Chief J.T. Cartee said the shooting happened at 9:45pm, at an undisclosed apartment complex. The chief identified the slain man as Richard Hemby of Guntersville.
No additional details have been released, but authorities did say that the shooter is cooperating with the investigation.
No charges have been filed at this point.
