In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 Hours:

JEREMY MAXWELL, age 26 of Gaylesville – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office charged with Failure to Appear/Youthful Offender Status (two counts).

All arrests are based on probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Currently, there are a total of 88 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
