Two people were involved in an auto accident early Friday morning near the Floyd County, Georgia/Cherokee County, Alabama line; that occurred at 6:50am, just inside the Alabama State Line, according to State Trooper reports.
That accident involved a 1999 Toyota – being driven by a Rome, Georgia man and a 2000 model Ford, driven by a male resident of Piedmont. Fortunately, there was no one injured in that mishap. The crash remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
That wreck was on Highway 411.
