Armuchee Man Charged with Firearm Incident at Mobile Home Park

A 19-year-old Armuchee, Georgia man has been charged – in connection with an incident on October 29th on Rising Fawn Trail at the Swan Lake Mobile Home Park.

According to an arrest warrant, Nicholas Brandon Worthy discharged a firearm toward a person in a vehicle following an argument.  Several people – including children – were in that area when the gun was fired, putting them in danger.  The victim’s vehicle was also damaged.  Worthy is charged with – Aggravated Assault – also 2nd-Degree Criminal Damage to Property, Reckless Conduct, and with Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime.
