Five Arrested on Drug Charges at Trove Drive Residence in Rome

The execution of a search warrant at a residence on Rome’s Trove Drive ended with the arrest of five people on drug charges.

According to Floyd County Jail records – 43-year-old Jeremy Todd Fisher was found to be in possession of liquid methamphetamine, digital scales, and baggies.  A bag of suspected fentanyl was also found on a nightstand.  Fisher is charged with possession of meth, possession with the intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug-related objects.

Meanwhile – law enforcement officials also encountered four people in a vehicle in the driveway of the residence, where more drugs, and a digital scale were found.

23-year-old Tiffany Nicole Huie of a Summerville address is charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drugs not in their original container, and the possession of drug-related objects.

43-year-old Melissa Louise Huie of Rome, is charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, along with the possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drugs not in their original container, the possession of marijuana, and possession of drug-related objects.

39-year-old John Edward Ferguson of Rome – charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, the possession of dangerous drugs, the possession of drugs not in their original container, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug-related objects.

49-year-old James Lamar Jackson of Rome, is charged with possession of dangerous drugs, the possession of drugs not in their original container, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug-related objects.
