Cherokee County Arrest Files for Friday, December 8th, 2023

DANNY REYNOLDS, Age 55 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of Driving Under the Influence;

JENNIFER REED, Age 32 of Centre, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of Failure to Appear on the previous charge of an Insurance Violation;

MICHAEL BENTLEY, age 38 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree;

And

TRACY MALLARD, age 53 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Obstructing Justice/False ID, the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are 96 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
