A 32-year-old Chattooga County, Georgia woman was arrested following an altercation at a restaurant in Rome.
Police in Floyd County say Alissa Michelle Blackmon is accused of getting into an argument with another woman at Applebee’s Restaurant and she allegedly broke a drinking glass on the head of the other woman. That assault by Blackmon reportedly caused a laceration to the victim’s head.
Blackmon was booked into the Floyd County Jail on a felony warrant and has been charged with Aggravated Assault.
