There will be a low-end risk for a few severe storms in Alabama on both Friday and Saturday, according to forecasters.
All of Alabama should receive some needed rain, however, and it could add up to several inches in some areas.
The threat for stronger storms is expected to be confined to the southern half of Alabama both days.
The most likely time for stronger storms will be later on Friday into the day on Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.
