GERALDINE — The Sand Rock Lady Wildcats lost a close basketball game in overtime against Fort Payne Wednesday in the Liberty Bank Invitational. The final was 58-56.
Katelyn St.Clair led the Lady Wildcats (4-2) with 21 points and seven rebounds. Peyton Johnson posted 12 points and 11 rebounds. Kennedy Henderson grabbed 16 boards and scored five points. Zoey Handy had nine points and nine rebounds. Molly Grace Lay finished with nine points.
Sand Rock plays at Sylvania on Nov. 28.
