Newly Promoted Deputy at Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office
Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, along with Chief Deputy Josh Summerford, have promoted Tanner Young from an assignment as Corrections Officer to Deputy Sheriff on Monday (November 6th).
Sheriff Shaver administered the Oath of Office to Deputy Young, who will begin the Sheriff’s Academy in January.
