Mr. George Melvin Guice, 82 of Leesburg, passed away Monday, October 30th, 2023.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, November 2nd, 2023 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ted Elrod officiating. Burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 PM until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be military.
He is survived by his son, George Tracy Guice (Kimberly); daughter, Tina Patton; grandchildren, Chynna Diandra Patton, Judd Wayne Patton, Gunner Cole Patton, Blake Aaron Guice, George Tyler Guice, Katelin Mackenzie Guice; great grandchildren, Zachary Ryan Patton, Briana Rayne Patton, Bentley Michael McKeen, Delilah Marie Patton; lifelong friend, Jimmy Ayers.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Willodean Morgan Guice.
Mr. Guice was a native of Gadsden and he was the son of the late George Herold and Eula Victoria Guice.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Gentiva Hospice.
