The Highland Lake Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Roy Richards.
Richards is a 67 year old white male with brown eyes and gray hair and may be living with a condition that COULD impair his judgment. He was last seen on October 28th, 2023 at approximately 12:35am, possibly wearing gray sweatpants and black slip on Sketchers – in the area of Kennedy Drive in Oneonta. Richards may be traveling in a 2018 Blue Ford Fiesta with the Alabama license plate: 8AA2PNR.
