Well, here’s question for you – do you know the correct method to clean an old gravestone? 

Simply join the Historical Preservation Society for the Thursday meeting, October 26th, and find out; the evening’s program will be a presentation on the care and preservation of gravestones – learn what products to use, which ones to avoid and also help to locate some of the “lost” cemeteries of Cherokee County. 

The meeting begins gets underway at 6:00pm, at the Museum in downtown Centre.  Light refreshments will be served.
