At approximately 4:00am on Monday (October 23rd, 2023) – an 18-wheeler reportedly had the trailer being hauled – come loose.
Fortunately no one was hurt in the mishap, which took place on West Main Street at the Chesnut Bypass. Law Enforcement Officials immediately responded, and made it safe until Fagan’s Wrecker Service could arrive – then move the trailer to another location. Everything was back in order by 4:55am.
The exact cause of the accident remains under investigation.
