Alabama State Troopers reported two wrecks taking place here on Thursday in Cherokee County.

That first was at 9:00am on County Road 16 – it involved a 2018 Chevrolet being driven by a female from Cedar Bluff and a 1998 Chevrolet driven by a male from Centre.  The second, at 4:40pm on Alabama Highway 68, involved both a 2016 Chevrolet, driven by a male resident of Leesburg and also a 2008 Nissan, driven by a female from Fort Payne.  No one required treatment after either wreck, however some of the occupants were somewhat “roughed up” in the impact.

Both accidents remain under investigation.
