Milstead Sentenced To Four Years in Prison
A guilty plea to aggravated Assault charges has landed a 47 year old Chattooga County man with a four-year prison sentence. Richard Eugene Milstead of Farmersville Road in Summerville – was sentenced in Chattooga County Superior Court, to serve the term of four years behind bars and one year of probation. He was also ordered to pay a $1,716 fine in connection with the charges.
Milstead has a long history of arrests taking place in Chattooga and Floyd Counties on various drug charges and also terroristic threats and acts charges.
