Georgia Man Sentenced To 10 Years in Prison

A Trion man has been sentenced to ten years in state prison for selling drugs.  Repeat offender – 51-year-old Dale Holbrook was arrested in May of this year (2023) on charges of distribution of methamphetamine and drug possession.   A Chattooga County Superior Court Judge – sentenced Holbrook to ten years in prison and ten years of probation.  Holbrook was also ordered to pay $18,853.50 in fines. 

He spent time in state prison, from 2007-2010, on drug charges and was on probation at the time of his arrest.
