Family Dollar is Recalling Hundreds of Products

Family Dollar is recalling hundreds of products, after the items were stored “outside of labeled temperature requirements.”

It’s the second time since last year that the discount chain has recalled hundreds of over-the-counter products – and this most recent recall involves more than 300 products and 23 states.

The recall impacts stores in Florida, California, Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

A sampling of the items include A&D Ointment, NyQuil Cold & Flu Liquid, Clearblue Pregnancy Tests, both Crest and Colgate toothpaste, as well as forms of Aleve, Bayer, Tylenol and more.

The recalled products were sold from June 1st, through October 4th.
