Firefighters with the Leesburg, Sand Rock and Tucker’s Chapel Departments were all dispatched to reports of a possible House Fire at 3:55am Sunday – at 880 County Road 17. A resident called saying that the family safely exited the home – after smelling smoke.
The Tucker’s Chapel Department was deactivated and the units from the Leesburg and Sand Rock Departments continued on to that location. Shortly after 5:15 per Leesburg – Sand Rock units were released.
