PIEDMONT — The Cherokee County Lady Warriors defeated Piedmont in four sets Thursday in volleyball action. The scores were 25-14, 23-25, 25-22 and 25-16.
Raegan Garmany collected 17 kills, four digs and block for the Lady Warriors (23-13). Ava Haygood added 12 kills, five aces, three digs and an assist. Lilly Shaw came away with 10 kills, four blocks and a dig. Ellisan Givens posted 16 digs, four aces and an assist.
Macy Lea contributed 29 assists, an ace and a dig. Aubrie Abernathy added 13 assists, three digs and a kill. Vivian Connell delivered four kills, a block and an assist. Libby Curry had four kills and three digs. Leila Connell finished with 12 digs.
