Alabama State Troopers responded to three different accidents on Tuesday in our area.
In Cherokee County, at 7:35pm – the driver of a 2001 Toyota – a male from Centre, had lost control, and then wrecked on County Road 22. He was unhurt – however a female passenger was injured. That victim was transported via ambulance to a nearby medical facility for treatment of non-specified injuries.
And shortly thereafter, at around 8:45pm – a male from Centre reportedly crashed his vehicle, a 2006 Chrysler, also on County Road 22. Fortunately, he was only shaken up and not injured in that mishap.
Meanwhile at 9:00pm in neighboring DeKalb County, the driver of a 2009 Chevy (a female from Collinsville), and a total of three passengers were hurt in a single-vehicle mishap taking place on County Road 39. The extent of their injuries remains unknown.
All three wrecks are still being investigated by – Alabama State Troopers.
