Staff Reports

GAYLESVILLE – Kuper Bradley completed 6-of-13 pass attempts for 130 yards and two touchdowns, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Gaylesville Trojans to a homecoming win on Friday night. The Trojans fell to 1-5 following a 44-14 setback to Victory Christian.

Kyler Bradley caught three passes for 42 yards and a score. Collin Hendon had a 75-yard touchdown grab. Jack Sentell ran for 41 yards on six carries.

The Lions (4-2) roared out to a 31-0 halftime advantage.

Gaylesville is at Woodville next Friday. Victory Christian is at Ragland.

NOTE: Gaylesville was awarded a win over Coosa Christian Friday evening following the revelation the Conquerors used ineligible players in their game back on Sept. 7. You can read that story on the WEIS social media sites.
