Gaylesville Man Pleads Guilty to Multiple Counts of Obscene Matter Depicting a Minor

Last Friday, a Gaylesville man pleaded guilty to a total of 30 counts of Possession of Obscene Material Depicting a Minor.

Justin Freeman entered that guilty plea in front of Judge Jeremy Taylor and according to the paperwork obtained by WEIS Radio News received 10 years each in Counts #1 through #29 – split to serve two years concurrent and 10 years on Count #30 – split to serve one year.

Confinement will run for a total of 36 months, and that’ll also be followed by 36 months probation.  Probation may be revoked IF Freeman doesn’t follow all SORNA guidelines upon release.

Failing to surrender on, or before October 1st, will result in him serving the entire 10-year sentence.
