One driver was hurt and another was shaken up in a wreck that involved a passenger vehicle and a tractor late Tuesday, here in Cherokee County.

According to Alabama State Trooper reports, that collision took place on County Road 22 at 5:25pm, and involved a 1990 TS110 Tractor being driven by a male from Centre, and a 2012 Lincoln MK2 being driven by a female, also a resident of Centre.

  She was taken by ambulance to Floyd-Cherokee Medical Center, and the driver of the tractor was checked out at the scene, prior to being okayed and released.

That wreck remains under investigation by State Troopers.
