Mr. Timothy (Tim) Glen Scott, age 66 of Centre, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2023 at Cherokee County Health and Rehab Center.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 PM, Saturday, September 9, at Clearview Worship Center. Pastor Dan Hale will be officiating, and a Special Eulogy will be given by Tim’s daughter, Brandi Storey.
Family will receive friends from 1:00 pm-2:30PM at Clearview.
Honorary Pallbearers include: Danny Haney, Rodney Qualls, Billy Sentell, Mike Rainey, Rev Melvin Salter, Jay Jordan, Freddy Reynolds, and the staff of CCHRC.
He is survived by Spouse, Sandra Scott; Daughters, Sandy (Jacobi) McNeal & Brandi Storey; Sister, Carrie (Danny) Haney. Tim had 8 Grandchildren: Peyton, MarCelous, Brodee, Mylee, Kaya, Drake, Jacobi Jr. and Jax that he loved very deeply as well a host of chosen children and grandchildren that he also loved deeply.
Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte Smith and Brother, Rex Scott.
Tim was of the Holiness Faith.
Tim was known for his unmatched work ethic, determination and his willingness to help others. He was always looking for ways to bring laughter or encouragement to those around him. The memories made with Tim throughout the years will be cherished forever.
