Lyerly, Georgia Woman Arrested on Fugitive from Justice Charges

A thirty-seven-year-old Chattooga Avenue, Lyerly woman was arrested over the weekend on charges of being a fugitive from justice. 

Caitlin Nicole Ward was booked in at the Floyd County Jail on Saturday. 

In addition to the fugitive from justice charges, Ward was also charged with violating the terms of her probation.  She was one of three Chattooga County residents arrested in June of 2021 on burglary and theft charges here in Cherokee County, Alabama.
