It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Baby Isaiah Blake Vaughn on August 17th, 2023.
He was too perfect for this world and experienced only love during his brief time of life.
A funeral service will be held 3PM, Monday August 21st, 2023 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Alan Lewis and Bro. David Sparkman officiating. Burial will follow at Black Oak Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 PM until 3PM, Monday, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will include Brett McGatha and Malcolm Vaughn. Honorary pallbearers will include Jacob Vaughn, Corey Vaughn, and Andrew Shaver.
Survivors include his mother, Tosha Shaver and father, Dylan Vaughn; grandparents, Leisa Shaver, Malcolm and Pamela Vaughn; special grandparent, Rita Chamberlan; host of aunts, uncles, and cousins also remain.
He was welcomed to his heavenly home by his great grandparents, Wendle Vaughn and Winston Henderson; great great grandparents, JL (Laura) Miller, Johnny (Mauldine) Moses, and Rife (Francis) Gossett; aunt, Tonya Shaver.
