Alabama State Troopers responded to two separate one-vehicle accidents with injuries Friday – one in DeKalb County, the other in Etowah County.
That wreck in DeKalb County took place around 4:30am, on U.S. Highway 11 at the 246 mile marker, during which the driver – a female from Sylvania, lost control of her 2023 Hyundai before it wrecked.
At about 7:20 that morning in Etowah County the male driver of a 1998 Ford, lost control of the vehicle on I-59 and crashed.
Both drivers had to be taken for treatment to a nearby hospital following those mishaps.
No additional information has yet been released regarding each driver’s condition.
