One person was hurt in a single-vehicle crash taking place early Sunday morning in Cherokee County.
According to the Alabama State Troopers Post – that wreck took place at approximately 5:30am on Alabama Highway 35 when a man from Gaylesville, driving a 2016 Dodge 1500 pickup truck, crashed into a tree that had fallen across the roadway.
He was taken for treatment to the nearby hospital in Centre.
