This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the counties served by the National Weather Service office in Birmingham.
Outlook through Tonight.
Fog will reduce visibilities below one mile across the northwest counties through 7 AM CDT.
Saturday through Thursday.
There is the risk of severe storms Saturday and Sunday, mainly during the afternoon and evening hours. On Saturday, the risk is for areas along and north of Interstate 20. The risk on Sunday will include all of Central Alabama. Damaging straight line winds and large hail are the primary threats.
