One person was hurt in a two-vehicle wreck Friday afternoon in Cherokee County.
According to the Alabama State Troopers Post that mishap took place at 12:23pm, and it involved a 2010 Ford being driven by a male from Leesburg – and a 2013 Ford being driven by a female from Collinsville.
The male driver was only shaken up, however the female driver had to be taken by ambulance, in order to receive treatment for her injuries at an area hospital.
That accident, which occurred on County Road 70, still remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
