One person was hurt in a single-vehicle accident occurring here in Cherokee County on Wednesday.
According to Alabama State Troopers Post at Jacksonville – that wreck occurred at 3:06pm on Alabama Highway 9, and involved a 2011 Nissan. The driver escaped injury, but a male passenger from Piedmont had to be transported for treatment.
No additional information has yet been made available.
That wreck remains under investigation by State Troopers.
