This week’s Spotlight is on the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Seth Bishop.
Deputy Bishop recently answered four questions about his law enforcement career – let’s take a look at his responses, and also show him appreciation for his passion for law enforcement, and his dedication to helping serve and protect our county.
1.) Why did you choose law enforcement as your career?
I chose law enforcement as my career choice because I want to better my community and protect the people who can’t protect themselves.
2.) What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of my job is the friendships I’ve made with co-workers and the citizens of Cherokee County.
3.) What is your favorite piece of advice that you’ve been given in life?
The best advice I’ve got is always go the extra mile, as it’s by far the easiest mile to travel because it’s less congested.
4.) What advice would you give to citizens of Cherokee County?
Best advice to the citizens of Cherokee county is everything will be ok in the end. If it’s not ok, it’s not the end.
