Man Sentenced To Four Years In Prison
A Georgia man with a long history of run-ins with the law has been sentenced in Chattooga County Superior Court to spend four years in prison.
Zachary Gage Suttles – of a Halls Valley Road, address in Trion – plead guilty to several charges including fleeing and attempting to elude law enforcement as well as the possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Suttles has been arrested on multiple charges over the past several years in Chattooga County. He has also faced charges in neighboring counties and in Tennessee.
