The Sand Rock Lady Wildcats hosted girls going into grades 2-7 in a volleyball camp on June 2nd at the Sand Rock old gym. The current Sand Rock varsity and JV players and coaches taught the fundamentals of the game and demonstrated how to play volleyball. The campers participated in reaction games, drills, and skill work to learn how to do things right and not be afraid of the fun sport of volleyball.
