James Robert Mann, 68, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away May 26, 2023 at Chattanooga’s CHI Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be held 11AM Saturday, June 3rd at Cedar Bluff Cemetery.
Survivors include brothers, Eugene (Gene) Mann lll (Joan) and John Mann (Marie); step-brother, Norman Moore (Susan); step-sisters, Catherine Neal and Nancy Soper; nieces, Christy Ford (Wes), Naomi Mann, and Heather Humphrey (Blake); great-nephews, Andrew Lindsey (Katlin) and Austin Lindsey (Heather); great great-nephews, Greyson, Branston, Jettson and great great-niece, Wrenly Lindsey.
James was a native of Cedar Bluff and son of the late Naomi and Eugene Mann, Sr, as well as, his step-mother, Eugenia “Jean” Moore Mann.
