Summerville, Georgia Police arrested a man on Saturday after he caused a disturbance and broke a window and a chair at a Peppermint Place residence.
Police say when they arrived on the scene, 32 year old Cody Lee Vickers was standing outside the residence with no clothes on.
Police instructed Vickers to put some clothes on. Vickers complied and returned outside and police arrested him, charging him with disorderly conduct.
