Mrs. Peggy Ann Witt age 83 of Leesburg passed away Wednesday May 10th at Riverview Medical Center.
Graveside services will be 12 PM Friday at Cherokee Memory Garden Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until 11:45 AM Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include sons, Phillip Witt, Ricky (Beth) Witt and Eric Witt; brother, John (Wanda) Smith; sister, Becky (Sammy) Scott; grandchildren, Ashleigh Vice, Roxy (Patrick) Clifton, Amanda (Kade) Jennings, Erica LaShay (Rusty) Nelson and James Dawson Witt; great-grandchildren, Carter Jennings, Carson Jennings, Adam Griffith and Alec Griffith.
The family will accept flowers or donation may be made to Summit Sanctuary in Leesburg.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Witt and sister, Gaye Richardson.
Mrs. Witt was a native of Cherokee County and the daughter of the late Cleo and Flossie Mae Smith and a member of Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall.
