Spring Garden a win away from state softball tournament

ALBERTVILLE – Class 1A, No. 10 Spring Garden finds itself one win away from advancing to the state softball tournament. The Lady Panthers posted a pair of wins on Tuesday at the East Regional at Sand Mountain Park in Albertville.

Spring Garden opened with a 13-3 victory over Appalachian then posted a 14-8 win over Ragland to advance to Wednesday’s championship round against top-ranked Skyline at 1:45 p.m.
