The driver was transported for treatment following an accident in Cherokee County on Wednesday morning, down from Brad’s One Stop.
It appears that the driver lost control of his vehicle on Highway 41 just before 7:00am and then went off the roadway, coming to a stop in the tree line by the road.
It’s unknown at this time what led to that accident; we do know the driver was taken by ambulance for the treatment of injuries sustained in that mishap. In addition to the ambulance service, Gaylesville Firefighters and Alabama State Troopers responded to the scene.
