SCAM ALERT
In a statement from the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office they make it VERY CLEAR that they do not make phone calls demanding money regarding payments of fines or court costs.
Instead, someone is calling pretending to be one of their deputies.
The scam calls are coming from (256) 376-1674.
