UPDATE
Two vehicles collided at around 1:54pm Wednesday at the Ellisville Bridge located in Cherokee County. The wreck on Highway 9 involved an 18 wheeler (listed on reports as a 2000 International), being driven by a male from Collinsville, and a 2003 Toyota pickup driven by a resident of Piedmont.
Fortunately neither driver was hurt in the wreck, which remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
