A Freightliner truck crashed, caught fire, and burned completely on Monday morning in DeKalb County.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, truck driver Darren Brown from Douglasville did survive – but is being treated for injuries sustained in the wreck. The wreck took place at 9:30am on Alabama Highway 35 at Mile Marker 15 just West of Little River Canyon.
Its unclear what led to Brown losing control of the big rig,
