WOODVILLE – Shonda Epps went 2-for-4 with a grand slam and five RBIs to lead the Gaylesville Lady Trojans to their second straight win, a 23-3 area softball victory at Woodville on Monday.

Sierra Holbrook was 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs. Sydney Smith was also 3-for-4 with a double and three RBIs. Gracelynn Drake went 3-for-3 with a double and a RBI. Logan Goza was 2-for-3 with a triple and four RBIs.

Makayla Kimmons had a triple and a RBI. Gracie Dawson also had a triple with two RBIs. Emma Givens delivered a double with two RBIs.

Mackenzie Kimmons earned the win after allowing three earned runs on two hits with eight strikeouts.

Gaylesville hosts Woodville on Tuesday.
