Last Friday in Menlo – a log truck wrecked at the intersection of Georgia Highway 48 and Highway 337 in Menlo.

The wreck took place at the four-way stop.  The single-vehicle accident caused traffic to be rerouted. 

Busses coming to and from Menlo Elementary School – along with parents coming to pick up their children on Friday afternoon – had to use alternate routes. 

The Georgia State Patrol is still investigating that accident, but there were no injuries reported.
