FYFFE – The Cherokee County Lady Warriors pounded out 18 hits and cruised to an 11-2 softball win at Fyffe on Monday.

Anna Walker led the Lady Warriors by going 3-for-5, all doubles, with three runs and two RBIs. Abby Lea was also 3-for-5 with a double, three runs and a RBI. Lanie Williams went 2-for-5 with a home run, two runs and three RBIs. Grayson Tucker tallied two hits, two walks, two runs and a RBI. Macy Lea added two hits, including a double, with a RBI. Raechel Russell contributed a pair of hits and a RBI.

Audrey Haygood had a hit and scored a run. Samantha Stubbs came away with a hit and a RBI. Emma Hill had a hit and a walk. KarLee Jolly finished with a hit.

Bristol Bass earned the win in the circle. She tossed all seven innings, giving up two earned runs on seven hits with no walks and four strikeouts.
