ANNISTON – Natalie Baty tossed a three-inning no-hitter, and the Cedar Bluff offense cranked out 17 hits in an 18-0 area softball win at Faith Christian on Monday.
Baty finished with seven strikeouts for the Lady Tigers. She also had a pair of hits at the plate, scored twice and drove in three runs.
Harlie Nelson also had a pair of hits, including a home run. She also scored twice. Ciana Smith tripled twice, scored twice and drove in two runs. Reece Patterson posted three hits, including a triple, with two runs and two RBIs.
Mattie Payne doubled, singled, scored twice and drove in three runs. Jaycee Cagle doubled, walked, scored a run and drove in another. Kylie Vadon collected two hits, a run and a RBI. Za’Niya Kyle contributed a hit, a walk, two runs and a RBI.
Haley Allen and Anna Henderson both added a hit, a run and a RBI. Rylie Walker scored a run and drove in two more. Kaylyn Vadon walked and scored a run.
Cedar Bluff travels to Jacksonville Christian on Tuesday.
